Although there are those who refuse to accept the teachings of our Rabbis and will continue to support the Zionist state, there are also many who are totally unaware of the history of Zionism and its contradiction to the beliefs of Torah-True Jews.

”The rabbis of the generation should gather together and issue a writ of excommunication against the Zionists and eject them from the Jewish People, and make decrees against their bread and wine, and to forbid marrying with them, JUST LIKE OUR SAGES DID WITH THE SAMARITANS.”

David Ben-Gurion

As WWI was winding down, Ben-Gurion clearly stated that Zionism’s ultimate objective is to make Palestine (inclusive of Trans-Jordan) a land with a Jewish majority. He stated in November 1917:

“Within then the next twenty years, we must have a Jewish majority in Palestine.” (Shabtai Teveth, p. 43)

Rabbi Aharon Kotler
Today’s Quote

Rabbi Aharon Kotler
Rabbi Aharon Kotler

HaGaon Reb Aharon Kotler was born in Sislovitz, White Russia in 5652 (1891) and passed away in New York City, on 2 Koslev, 5723 (1962). During his years in Europe — as Rosh Yeshivah in Kletzk, and his later years in America — As Rosh Yeskivah of Bais Medrash Govoha, in Lakewood, New Jersey, he was a dominant Torah personality.

In Hapardes (Year 11, Issue 7) Rabbi Pardes describes what he saw at the Convention: “Rabbi Wasserman, Rabbi Kotler, Rabbi Rottenberg from Antwerp, rabbis from Czechoslovakia and Hungary were unanimous in rejecting any proposal for a “Jewish State” on either side of the Jordan River, even if it were established as a religious state because such a regime would be a form of heresy in our faith in the belief in the coming of the Messiah, and especially since this little “Jewish” state would be built on heresy and desecration of the Name of G-d.

Theodor Herzl

Theodor Herzl (1860-1904), the founder of modern Zionism, recognized that anti-Semitism would further his cause, the creation of a separate state for Jews. To solve the Jewish Question, he maintained “we must, above all, make it an international political issue.”[1] Herzl wrote that Zionism offered the world a welcome “final solution of the Jewish question.”[2] In his “Diaries”, page 19, Herzl stated “Anti-Semites will become our surest friends, anti-Semitic countries our allies.”

Reb Avraham Yeshaye Karelitz (Chazon Ish)

In 1946 a disciple of the Chazon Ish, very distressed, mentioned that a day does not go by without a Jew being killed by an Arab; the Chazon Ish, admonished him and said, “Why aren’t you at all worried that tens of thousands of Jewish children receive an education on non-belief, which is as burning the soul and the body. Is not this mass murder worse than the killings of the Arabs? our sages have clearly expressed that he who makes someone sin is worse than he who kills him.”

David Ben Gurion

Ben Gurion is considered one of the three founding figures of Zionism beside Chaim Weizmann and Herzl.
A month after the Nazi pogrom against Germany’s Jews, famously known as Kristallnacht, he stated on December 7, 1938: “If I knew it was possible to save all [Jewish] children of Germany by their transfer to England and only half of them by transferring them to Eretz-Yisrael, I would choose the latter—-because we are faced not only with the accounting of these [Jewish] children but also with the historical accounting of the Jewish People.”

Rabbi Chaim Soloveichik of Brisk
Rabbi Chaim Soloveichik of Brisk

Rabbi Chaim Soloveichik of Brisk (1853-1918), the founder of the “yeshiva approach to Talmudic study,” was frequently quoted by his disciples as saying:

”The Zionists do not make Jews heretics in order to have a state, they want a state in order to make Jews into heretics!”

   Or, as he once wrote:

”The Jewish people have suffered many (spiritual) plagues — the Sadducees, Karaites, Hellenisers, Shabbatai Zvi, Enlightenment, Reform and many others. But the strongest of them all is Zionism.”

This hideous strength was later explained by his son, the Brisker Rav, Rabbi Velvel Soloveichik (1886-1960) as being due to the Zionists having “attacked the center point of Judaism.

Theodor Herzel

The founder of modern Zionism

Herzl stated in his diary

“It is essential that the sufferings of Jews.. . become worse. . . this will assist in realization of our plans. . .I have an excellent idea. . . I shall induce anti-Semites to liquidate Jewish wealth. . . The anti-Semites will assist us thereby in that they will strengthen the persecution and oppression of Jews. The anti-Semites shall be our best friends”. (From his Diary, Part I, pp. 16)

Rabbi Baruch Kaplan
Today’s Quote

Torah Scroll
Rabbi Baruch Kaplan

Today’s wicked Zionists are just like their predecessors, who were responsible for causing terrible suffering in Palestine with their wars with the Arabs, may G-d have mercy. At that time in 1929, the Zionists had a slogan arguing that the Western Wall in Jerusalem was a Jewish “national symbol.” Of course, the Arabs disagreed with this idea, considering that they had control of the location for over 1,100 years. However, the Zionist mobs were yelling that “The Wall is ours!” It’s hard to understand why they felt that way considering they have no connection to the Jewish holy places whatsoever. An argument erupted in the Jewish newspapers about establishing a permanent prayer area for Jews at the Wall. This provoked the Arabs, and the rabbi of Jerusalem at the time, Rabbi Yosef Chaim Zonnenfeld begged them to stop and to be appreciative to the Arabs for allowing Jews to pray at the Wall for so many centuries undisturbed. However, the Zionists wanted a permanent setup under their control.
